2. Will my jewelry tarnish? Nope! That's the beauty of stainless steel—it's durable, corrosion-resistant, and far less prone to tarnish than softer metals. That said, over time it might develop a subtle patina or darken slightly from air, moisture, or skin oils. A little love keeps it looking fresh:

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• For deeper cleaning, use warm soapy water and a gentle buff.
• For stubborn darkening, make a paste with baking soda and water, gently rub, rinse, and dry.

Your stainless steel is built to last. A little care = a lot of shine.

3. Is your jewelry waterproof? Our stainless steel is water-friendly, but pearls are delicate. To keep them glowing, avoid pools, hot tubs, and harsh chemicals. Basically: beach day? Yes. Chlorine party? Maybe not.

4. Do you accept returns? Yes—we accept returns within 30 days for store credit. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can find full details in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

5. How long will it take to receive my order? Every piece is made to order, just for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing plus 3-5 business days for shipping. During busy drops or holidays, it may take up to 3 weeks—but we'll always keep you in the loop. Need it faster? Just ask!

6. Do you offer repairs or replacements? Absolutely. We stand behind every piece. If you have a quality issue within 90 days, we'll repair, replace, or refund—your call. Just email help@lazziedesigns.com with photos. After 90 days? We're still here for repairs—small fees and shipping costs may apply.

7. Do you offer custom pieces? Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Email custom@lazziedesigns.com with your inspo or concept, and we'll see what magic we can make together. Most custom pieces range $75-150 depending on materials and complexity.
