We want you to love your Lazzie pieces, but if something's not quite right, we've got you.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date
• All returns will be issued as store credit only
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Please note:

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at help@lazziedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping label - you'll cover the return shipping cost
3. Pack your item safely and ship it back using our provided label
4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your store credit within 5 business days

Exchanges:

Want a different style or size? Email us first at contact@lazziedesigns.com - we'll work something out. Life's too short for jewelry you don't love.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If something arrives damaged or isn't up to our standards, email us immediately at help@lazziedesigns.com with photos. We'll make it right - no questions asked.
